H.Troon was contracted in 2000 as the head contractor for the development of the University of Ballarat’s Camp Street Precinct. The project included the refurbishment of the existing court house, post office and library into learning spaces for the University. In addition to this 2 new 4 story buildings were completed, these comprised of lecture theatres, tutorial rooms, studios and student accommodation.
