The Wyndham Private Medical Center comprises of 74 specialist consultant suites, dental practice, radiology unit, pathology unit, pharmacy and cafe. H.Troon worked very closely with the developer and design team with regards to value engineering throughout the construction of the project. Hollowcore construction was utilized for the construction of the building superstructure, resulting in a fast and cost effective method of construction.
