H.Troon was awarded the Head Contract to construct a new learning facility for the year 11 and 12 students of Ballarat Grammar School. The building was constructed over 2 levels including classrooms, common areas, offices and display studios. The building was constructed over 2 stages. Stage 1 was completed in 2010, while stage 2 has been recently completed in 2012.
