The Parade development consisting of 34 luxury apartments located on the shores of Lake Wendouree has recently been completed. This Fendar Kastaletes designed residential units consist of 32 single - three bedroom apartments and two penthouses over 4 levels. Basement car park, gym and internal atrium were also included in the build.

 

Along with the new development, H.Troon has completed a full refurbishment of the existing Lake View Hotel, including new kitchen, restaurant, bar and function/conference rooms.
