Redevelopment of existing heritage hotel and construction of self contained apartments on the shores of Lake Wendouree. Project will also include a total upgrade of the current restaurant/bar. Design will continue through to mid 2009 with construction scheduled to complete end of 2010.

In 2004 H Troon in a joint venture agreement acquired / financed & constructed a 4500 sq m 4.5 star green star rated office building in Bendigo. This was only the second such building to achieve 4.5 green star at the time. The building was fully leased to dept of human services.
