This is a 2 stage project located within the Australian Maritime Complex. Stage 1 comprises of 5 warehouses, with a floor area totalling over 16,000 meters squared. Works include the development of test chambers designed to recreate underwater pressure levels of over 10,000 psi, post tensioned areas and the fit-out of offices and amenities. Over 25,000 meters squared of hardstand is also included.
