Location: Ballarat Value: $1 million This project comprised of the construction of an enclosed pedestrian bridge spanning across Grant St, Ballarat. The bridge has created a link between two School of Minds Ballarat campuses. The bridge was constructed by H.Troon offsite and transported to site in 2 sections. Throughout the construction of the brisge the road below was required to remain open at all times.
Location: Perth, WA Value:$8.5 Million H.Troon have recently completed construction of a home maker centre known as South Central. This is located in the same complex as another H.Troon project, Jandakot Bunnings. Works include the construction of 14 tenancies for companies such as Subway and Beacon Lighting.
Location: Ballarat Value: $8.3 Million This project was delivered as part of the bfag redevelopment in conjunction with Peddle Thorpe Architects. As well as a high level of coordination to provide seamless integration into the existing art gallery the project provided detailed facade works incorporating the extensive use of zinc cladding to provide a contemporary effect.
Location: Ballarat Value: $22 million H Troon was selected to construct all works associated with the redevelopment of the Camp St precinct. The project involved careful restoration of heritage buildings notably the old post office building in Sturt St along with substantial contemporary buildings. The works were performed for architects Daryl Jackson & Assoc.
Location: Geelong, Vic Value: $21 Million This development involved the construction of a multiple level 4.5 green star office building in Ryrie St, Geelong. The building comprises 3 levels of underground car park and 6 levels of office/retail, with total NLA at 7700 sq m. The building used extensive aluminium curtain walling and planner wall that was manufactured by our aluminium department.
Location: Ballarat Value: $11 Million This project involved the construction of a new training facility for a number of different trades. Design was carried out by Case Meallin.
Location: Creswick, Vic Value: $28 Million H.Troon completed the construction of this project at the beginning of 2007. The 4.5 star facility comprises of 160 rooms, conference centre, restaurant/bar and swimming pool.
Location: Lake Wendouree, Vic Value: H Troon was selected to construct the above memorial in consultation with Sculptor Peter Blizzard . This has been given national memorial accreditation.
Location: Warnambool, Vic Value: $21 Million In 2005 / 2006 H Troon constructed some 16,000 sqm of bulky goods retail in Raglan Pde Warrnambool Vic.
Location: Ballarat, Victoria Value: $ 40 Million H.Troon were the principal contractor for the delivery of the new 162 bed ward block for St John of God Health Care in Ballarat. The project involves construction of 162 bed 4 story ward block. The building incorporates a new pharmacy, cafe, front entry, physiotherapy ward and emergency department. The project was planned over 5 stages and required all existing hospital patients care services to continue without disruption. The project also includeded the demolition of the existing St John of God's building.
